On the 19th September, two of our colleagues, Beth McConnell (Compliance Manager) and Kameka McLean (Group Head of Human Resources (HR)), will be speaking at the 2024 PIMFA Compliance Conference about Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. Both will be discussing the topic from their perspectives as it relates to their areas of the business.
As Group Head of HR, Kameka has extensive HR experience, particularly in regards to DE&I initiatives and collaborating with senior management to create and execute these initiatives within corporations, while reaffirming good HR practices.
Beth’s responsibilities include the delivery and management of Compliance Advisory operations within the business, particularly concerning the interpretation and impact analysis of regulatory rules and requirements. She is also a member of the Consumer Duty Committee and Vulnerable Clients Committee within the firm.
This conference should provide some interesting insight into the upcoming changes and how to best implement them at work.
