Planned telephone service interruption: Tuesday, 14 July 2026

We want to give our clients and contacts plenty of notice about a planned interruption to our telephone services taking place on the morning of Tuesday, 14 July 2026.

What is happening?

As part of a scheduled upgrade to our telephony systems, all Walker Crips telephone numbers will be temporarily unavailable during the morning of 14 July. We expect services to be fully restored by early afternoon, although we are not able to confirm a precise time at this stage.

This will be a one-off outage and our team will be working to ensure everything is back up and running as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

Will email still work?

Yes. Our email services will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window. If you need to get in touch on the morning of 14 July, please email us and we will respond as soon as we are able.

What about trading on the day?

If you need to make a trade during this time, we would encourage you to contact your Investment Manager / Account Executive via email to place your instruction.

When will normal service resume?

We anticipate that telephone services will be restored by early afternoon on 14 July. We will update this page if the situation changes.

We apologise for any disruption this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. The timing of the outage was dictated by third-party suppliers, and beyond our control.
